Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, but the cleanliness left something to be desired. The service was friendly and helpful, but sometimes seemed overwhelmed. The location was convenient for exploring Casablanca, but lacked direct access to certain amenities. The dining options were limited, needing improvement. The facilities were decent but could use some upgrades.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were incredibly spacious, well-decorated, and plush, complete with a sitting room, generous double bedroom, shower room, bathroom, and its own private Arabic courtyard. The only downside was a weird smell that almost resembled dust combined with dampness, which was a bit off-putting.
The hotel's rooms were dated, tacky, and not very clean but the food was delicious and varied, paying attention to small details. The service staff was friendly, helpful, and thoughtful though there was a slight delay in the morning hammam opening. The location was convenient, within walking distance of central Casablanca, close to many restaurants and shopping spots. The dining experience was superb, offering eggs cooked to your liking without extra charges. Overall, the hotel's facilities need improvement, with bad Wi-Fi.
